The rates for Studio #3 are as follows:

PEAK SEASON RATES:

(4/15 - 1/1)

Daily: $140. per couple

Weekly: $750.

Monthly: $2500.

OFF SEASON RATES:

(1/2 - 4/15)

Daily: $100. per couple

Weekly: $500.

Monthly: $1000.

Sleeps 2

 There is a 2 night minimum on ALL weekends between 4/15 and 1/1 and on ALL holidays.

This unit is pet friendly, with a $20 per night fee.

WIFI is available.

PLEASE NOTE: Laundry services will be the responsibility of the guests for any stay of 2 weeks or longer. Laundromat is 2 blocks away.

This is the perfect spot for the romantic couple....totally private, with a direct view of the falls from your own private deck, complete with picnic table, umbrella, chaise lounge and barbeque grille. Inside.... as in all the units.... you have  tv, dvd, a/c and a faux wood stove for that extra romantic touch  when it starts to get chilly.

As in all of our units, studio #3 also has a fully equipped kitchen and cozy dining area for those nights you may just not feel like going out.......setting the stage for the totally private dining experience!

Also, as in all of our units, there is a private bath, toiletries and extra linens are at your disposal to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible!
